President Donald Trump has frozen U.S. aid to South Africa, citing concerns that the country's new Expropriation Act "blatantly discriminates against ethnic minority Afrikaners". The White House claims the law, signed by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, could lead to land seizures without compensation and reverses the wrongs of apartheid. Watch the video for details.
