Investors need to really look at the résumé of not only the Realtor but their track record as far as Construction and if that is run correctly.

After 1200+ Homes getting 100% done and all in budget. It’s always a good time to look at that. That is so important for Investors to do construction most of the time the biggest contentious issue in investing. Especially if you’re out of state or out of the country, it gets kind of scary if you don’t know who you’re dealing with.

Good news: I've had the same contractors, some of them, for 15 years. I go out every week to check it. Make sure everything is being done correctly before we pay them. I also get a video for you weekly to make sure that you know what’s going on also and text that to you.
