Jennifer Sey urges Congress, states to enact legislation protecting women’s sports

XX-XY Athletics Founder Jennifer Sey explains why Congress needs to codify into law President Donald Trump’s executive order banning biological men from competing in women’s sports. “The executive order impacts federally funded institutions like K-12 schools and universities. If you compete in the Olympic movement, which is what I did, which doesn’t mean Olympic level, it’s not effected at all. We need the U.S. Olympic Committee to also make the rule. We need the International Olympic Committee, all these things are beyond the reach of the executive order,” she explains.
