Will Justice Prevail?

On January 23, 2024, many Canadians rejoiced as we were vindicated when Justice Mosley determined that the Emergencies Act, invoked on Feb 14th of 2023, unlawfully. After reading the evidence presented, Mosley, reasonably, concluded the feds acted outside of their lawful authority in declaring a national emergency.

Unfortunately, the celebration was damped when the feds announced they were appealing Mosley’s decision.

The claimant of the originating case, the Canadian Constitution Foundation, faced off in the Federal court this past week to defend the Mosley ruling in front of a panel of judges.
