Fitness Friday: Track Work, Heavy Isos and More

Here's Day Two of my new training cycle. It's the Isometric Phase from Triphasic Training. The weather wasn't bad, so I was able to do a little bit of work on the track before hitting the weights. I also added a few exercises that I have seen Chris Korfist perform with his athletes. Hopefully they will help me to run faster!!!
