Congo war: M23 rebels make plans to rule the DRC

Reports are emerging of thousands of civilians killed. Mass rapes reported. Mass graves confirmed. Ten bloody days in which the M23 rebel group swept across the east of Democratic Republic of Congo. The militia, made up of ethnic Tutsis, claims it's a Congolese nationalist group, holding rallies to promise safety after the bloodshed.
