During the 10 minutes of this filming, watch from beginning to end. Pay attention to the changes in the water level and how quickly it changes. I will post a video tomorrow of all the damage that 45 minute rain storm caused.
I was on the southern edge of the storm. I got inches of rain. The worst looking at the radar images was about 1 mile to my north.
