They're Frozen in the Cold War

Judge Napolitano seeks Colonel Douglas Macgregor's view of the erratic and often wrong statements served up from the mind of Donald Trump. Macgregor poses the belief that the President is surrounded by people who are living in the past, holding to maxims and beliefs that worked in the Cold War, but are no longer relevant. Too often these "advisers" falsify intel in order to steer the President to a policy and a resolve to execute plans that are based on weak or very wrong intel, much like Westmoreland in the Vietnam era.
