Hillary Clinton and George Soros both had significant involvement in Haiti, particularly after the 2010 earthquake, which led to widespread allegations of corruption, exploitation, and disaster profiteering.

Hillary Clinton & George Soros in Haiti
Both Hillary Clinton and Soros-backed organizations played a role in shaping Haiti’s post-earthquake recovery, but much of it benefited foreign businesses, political elites, and donors rather than ordinary Haitians.

1. Soros’ Open Society Foundations in Haiti
George Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) had several projects in Haiti, many of which were supposed to focus on justice reform and economic development.
However, some of the businesses and organizations linked to Soros were awarded contracts or gained financial benefits from the Clinton-backed Haiti relief efforts.
2. Clinton’s Role in Controlling Haiti’s Recovery Funds
As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton took control over billions of dollars in relief aid that was meant for Haiti’s reconstruction.
The Clinton Foundation, working alongside the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC)—which was chaired by Bill Clinton—funneled contracts to wealthy foreign companies and Clinton Foundation donors, rather than helping local Haitian businesses.
3. The Caracol Industrial Park Scandal
One of the biggest failures was the Caracol Industrial Park, a Clinton-backed project that was supposed to bring tens of thousands of jobs to Haiti.
Instead, it primarily benefited foreign corporations like Sae-A Trading (a South Korean company), and only a fraction of the promised jobs materialized.
Soros was indirectly linked to some of the financial networks benefiting from these failed projects.
4. The Haitian Gold Mine Deal (Tony Rodham Connection)
After the earthquake, Hillary Clinton’s brother, Tony Rodham, was given a seat on the advisory board of VCS Mining, a company that was awarded a lucrative gold mining contract in Haiti.
This raised accusations of corruption and political favoritism, as mining permits had not been issued in Haiti for over 50 years, yet a company connected to the Clintons got one right after the disaster.
5. Haitian Protests Against Clinton & Soros Influence
Many Haitians accused Hillary Clinton and Soros of meddling in their elections, particularly in 2011, when Clinton’s State Department allegedly pressured Haiti to change election results to favor Michel Martelly, a candidate aligned with U.S. interests.
Haitian activists in the U.S. and Haiti have protested against the Clintons and Soros, blaming them for Haiti’s political instability and economic suffering.
