Three former University of Pennsylvania swimmers have filed a comprehensive lawsuit challenging the participation of trans-identifying swimmer Lia Thomas in women’s collegiate sports.

The legal action, filed by Grace Estabrook, Ellen Holmquist and Margot Kaczorowski, targets multiple prestigious institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, the NCAA and the Ivy League Council of Presidents.
