How would moving #USAID to the State Department (the #DeepState headquarters) under the management of Secretary of State #MarcoRubio, who won the confirmation vote of all 99 Senators (J.D. Vance excluded) eliminate the MASSIVE and nefarious waste, fraud, abuse, corruption and death?
