I talk about it all the time on my podcast, what to do. The solution is to make your money smaller. The solution is to support small businesses. The solution is to plant a garden, get healthy, be kind to that stranger on the street. The solution is moving your money to something smaller or a credit union. The solution is to not eat at McDonald's. Go to the local sandwich shop and honestly eat healthier quit buying all that garbage in the grocery store you flip over the fucking corporations packaging and you read that list of ingredients and we just accept it we just fucking accept it.
