Police call Detroit road rage incident involving 2 cars and 1 gun 'basic stupidity'

State Police say this incident of road rage early this morning on I-94 near the Lodge Freeway was not just a crime. It was stupid. 1st Lt. Mike Shaw says, “Basic stupidity. That’s what we’re looking at. Now we just picked it up a notch.” A Jeep and a Kia were jockeying for lanes just after 6 am when the Jeep hit the Kia on the passenger side.
