Rolled oat parmesan??

Another vegan idea to substitute parmesan or cheese toppings to your meals - and this one is nut free!

Here's the recipe:

2 cups rolled oats
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp dill seeds
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
1 pinch cumin seeds
2 tsp salt

Put everything together in a blender (or use a stick blender) and blend to your liking.
