Elevation Matters and Our Driveway IS Treacherous in Winter

Our driveway is 7/10 of a mile long and it has 4, significant, curves with no shoulder and drops off into trees on each side - all at a 12% grade.
What one drives doesn't matter, as even a snowcat and tractor struggle, here, when the driveway freezes over.

I suppose I could try to wench my Jeep down and up again, but WHY ?? 😲
