INGREDIENTS:

🍏 2 sweet apples – for natural sweetness and soft texture
🥚 2 eggs – to create a fluffy structure
🥛 80g Greek yogurt – for creaminess and protein boost
🍯 Powdered sugar (optional) – for a light touch of sweetness
🌿 Optional: cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor

HOW TO MAKE IT:

🔹 STEP 1: PREPARE THE APPLES
• Peel and remove the core from the apples.
• Chop them into small cubes.

🔹 STEP 2: BLEND THE INGREDIENTS
• In a blender, add chopped apples, eggs, and Greek yogurt.
• Blend until smooth and creamy.

🔹 STEP 3: POUR INTO RAMEKINS
• Pour the mixture into oven-safe ramekins, filling about ¾ full.

🔹 STEP 4: BAKE
• Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
• Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and fluffy.

🔹 STEP 5: SERVE & ENJOY
• Let it cool slightly (it will settle a bit – that’s normal!).
• Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
