Good Samaritans chase down man who snatched elderly woman's purse at Roseville Kroger

Two Good Samaritans stepped in to help an elderly woman Wednesday afternoon at a Kroger in Roseville. An elderly woman was grocery shopping at the Kroger on 13 Mile Road when she left her purse unattended in her cart. Police say 53-year-old Ricky Allen Bielet, of New Baltimore, snatched the woman's purse and took off running out of the store.
