Maine Deer Season 2024 | Opening Day

Opening day of deer season is here! The rifles are ready, gear is packed and the camp is full of anticipation. After an easy winter in northern Maine, the deer population should be on the upswing. We have been seeing lots of buck sign and the weather for opening day is going to be much cooler than last year. We always hope for snow, but will manage with whatever conditions Mother Nature throws at us.

This year, take the time to savor each day to its fullest. We wait all year for this day to come and just like that...it's over!
