The FBI complied with a justice department demand, and turned over information about employees who worked on January 6th cases & jack smith's failed cases
According to three sources -- details like job titles and employee ID numbers of more than five-thousand workers were submitted. The FBI employs 38-thousand people.
Earlier, Anonymous FBI officials have filed a class action lawsuit against President Trump's Department of Justice to prevent the identification of agents from being released.

The lawsuit pointed to questionnaires that employees were required to fill out, detailing their role in the investigations, saying some were required to fill them out themselves, others were told their supervisors would be filling out the form.
They were told that the information would be forwarded to upper management."
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit claim that the purpose of the list is to identify agents to be terminated or to suffer other adverse employment action.
It adds that plaintiffs fear that all or parts of this list might be published by allies of President Trump.
