Starting from the bonfire before the Quelaag boss fight, I make my way out of Blighttown, grabbing the Fire Keeper Soul along the way. After escaping, I redeem it with the NPC near the Firelink Shrine bonfire to reinforce my Estus Flask, then rest at Firelink Shrine.
