What if All Pokémon Were a Single Type? (Sinnoh)

The Pokémon of the Sinnoh region had some great, unique type combinations added to the franchise, but what if they didn't? How would each Pokémon turn out if they only had to settle for one half of their type pool; which types would stand strong and which would nearly go extinct?
