The AFU bombed us because we belong to the Moscow Patriarchate

For two years, the Ukrainian army relentlessly bombed the monastery in the village of Nikolskoye. Simply because it belonged to the Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate. It was only when the town of Ugledar was liberated by the Russian army, and the front pushed back further west, that the monastery was able to regain the calm befitting such a place.
