Easy Chopped Cheese

Ingredients
1 lb 85/15 ground beef
1 yellow onion, diced
1 tsp Blackstone Whiskey Burger Seasoning
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sweet relish
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
4 hoagie rolls, toasted
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
Sliced pickles
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium heat and drizzle with a small amount of oil.
Add the diced onions and sauté until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks, and season with Blackstone Whiskey Burger Seasoning.
Once the beef is browned, stir in the mustard and sweet relish.
Chop the beef mixture finely with a spatula, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over it. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
Slice the hoagie rolls open, lightly butter them, and toast on the griddle until golden brown.
Fill each toasted roll with the cheesy beef mixture.
Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and pickles.
Serve hot with your favorite side like fries or chips, and optionally drizzle
extra mustard over the filling. Enjoy!
