"What would You have TOLD PETER if he had LISTENED?"

On this Rock, I will BUILD YOU UP! Jesus wasn't talking about building the church on the Rock of Peter, the man. He was talking about building the church on the revelation, "You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God!"
"Flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, Peter, but my Father in Heaven has revealed it."
And He will build YOU up. He will reveal it to YOU, too!

I was seeing something exciting just below the surface. Peter was about to deny Jesus three times. I thought, If you could reveal something this powerful and Rock-of-Church like to Peter, what would you have told him--
"What would you have told him, Lord, that would have kept him in the hour of temptation if he had just stayed up and prayed as you asked?"
