Join me while I assess and upgrade this cheaper than cheap guitar.

I couldn't resist buying this Squire Affinity Telecaster. It's £100 used, and really, what can you expect at this price point. More importantly though, can I turn it into a nice playing instrument with minimal cost? Let's find out.

Hi everyone. I'm a luthier based in Devon, England. I make electric guitars from scratch here in my workshop. I hope that you enjoy the banter. The main priority here is having a laugh. Secondly, I hope that you might be tempted to have a go yourself, either by building your own guitar or adapting a kit. Making guitars is such a rewarding experience and hopefully you can learn from me, and other You Tubers. I'll be making the guitar body and guitar neck from raw materials on every build.

Even if you never give it a go, sit back and enjoy the guitar making process from start to finish.
