A cold front will be sweeping through the state today bringing scattered showers and T'storms. Most of the activity will be in the afternoon. It will be another mild day for this time of year with afternoon highs in the low/mid-70s. Any lingering evening shower or T'storm will exit the area to the southeast as that front passes by. Behind the front overnight, lows will be in the upper-40s, which is actually close to normal for this time of year. Wednesday will be a breezy day with highs only in the low-60s. We should keep things dry with sunny to partly cloudy skies. This cooler air will stick around for the extended period with highs Thursday in the low-60s, and mid- to upper-50s for Friday and Saturday. Some frost is possible as we head through Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Let's see who can make it through the upcoming weekend without kicking the furnace on.
