The Higgins Method. First Session: Bump, Chase & Sharing Prey

Here is a young Brittany being introduced to birds. The foundation of the Higgins Method is based on building trust and cooperation. The sharing of their prey is the ultimate example of trust. This is the opposite of obedience training with it's associated pressure and repetition. I don't want an obedient dog. I want a cooperative dog that chooses to do what I ask based on his own free will.

Dogs are born with innate talents when it comes to hunting. All I have to do is show them that if they accept and work with me, I will increase their odds of success.
