A rookie Detroit police officer has been terminated for an offensive message he allegedly posted on Snapchat. According to Detroit police, 27-year-old Sean Bostwick snapped a photo of himself in his uniform along with a caption that says "another night to Rangel [SIC] up these zoo animals.”
