This Why Not? episode is a step-by-step DIY guide on how you can build a pro-size cornhole game set, using recycled 2x4s, recycled plywood, leftover paint, and a few tools. The only cost, was purchasing the corn for the bags!

These are tools & materials we used:
4 – 2x4s cut to 48″ for the frame
4 – 2x4s cut to 21″ for the frame
2 – 24″ x 48″ pieces of 1/2″ plywood cut for the surface
4 – 2x4s cut to 11-1/2″ for the legs
3″ deck screws to put together the frame
1 5/8″ deck screws to attach the surface pieces to the frame
4 – 1/2″ x 4″ carriage bolts, 4 matching washers, and 4 matching nuts to attach the legs to the frame
