- ½ tsp **red chili powder**
- ½ tsp **cumin powder (zeera powder)**
- ½ tsp **coriander powder**
- ½ tsp **chaat masala**
- ½ tsp **garam masala**
- ½ tsp **amchur (dry mango powder) (optional, for tanginess)**
- 1 tbsp **green chilies (chopped, optional)**
- 2 tbsp **fresh coriander (chopped)**

- Oil for deep frying

### **🌿 Instructions**
#### **Step 1: Prepare Dough**
1. In a bowl, mix **flour, semolina, salt, carom seeds, and oil/ghee**.
2. Rub the oil into the flour with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. Slowly add **water** and knead into a **firm dough**. Cover and let it rest for **30 minutes**.
#### **Step 2: Make Aloo Filling**
4. In a bowl, mix **mashed potatoes with salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala, amchur powder, green chilies, and fresh coriander**.
5. Mix well and set aside.

6. Divide dough into **small equal balls**.
7. Roll out each ball into a small **circle (not too thin)**.
