Decree Of Consent To Righteous Laws

We are in a battle for our freedom especially here in the state of Michigan. President Trump is not our Savior and he has repeatedly said it is up to us to win this war. Even though our battle is not against flesh and blood, the demonic realm we fight against manifests itself in people with bad intentions. We must stand against these people from hurting our children, destroying our God-given rights, and this country. Our battle is first spiritual, and then practical-pragmatic. We can not just pray and then do nothing. Faith without works is dead. We carry God’s delegated authority.

Knowledge of God’s Jurisdiction: The Bible is the Supreme Law of Heaven and Earth and the U.S. Constitution is the supreme Law of the Land. These work together, forming God’s Jurisdiction; the government of Jesus Christ. These work together, but remain autonomous. Both are under the authority of God.

I pray godly men and women will rule in positions of authority and that they have godly wisdom and great faith.” Spiritual and practical-pragmatic.

God gave us unalienable rights pertaining to our freedom and pursuit of happiness, but it is up to us to keep them. Contained in our God-given rights is His authority. We have legal jurisdiction to defend our rights. Lucifer working through a corrupt government, will do everything he can to usurp our authority.

20 times in Scripture, the Bible is called “The Book of the Law.” The word “law” is mentioned over 200 times in both the Old and New Testament.

Matt 5:17-18 "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” Our salvation is not based on the law, but moving in God’s jurisdiction is.

Decree: A decree is typically an official order issued by a legal authority, often with the force of law. It is a command or decision by someone with the power to enforce it, like a monarch, judge, or head of state. Decrees are generally formal and carry legal weight or authority, (Grok). Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
When the President of the USA writes and Executive Order, it is a perfect example of a decree (see insert).
Prov 8:12-15 "I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, And find out knowledge and discretion. 13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate. 14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom; I am understanding, I have strength. 15 By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice.” NKJV
U.S. Constitution Article VI: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.” This means, any laws made by the State that are contrary to the U.S. Constitution, have no standing, and are null and void.

Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.” This is now happening.

Unjust powers were never granted to our public officials (servants). Therefore, we do not consent to unjust laws.

Just as defined by Strong’s Concordance #1342 Greek word dikaios (dik-ah-yoss); meaning upright, blameless, righteous, conforming to God’s laws and man’s. Aligns to the divine standard of right made possible through sanctification.
Just (Blacks Law) Conforming to or consonant with, what is legal or lawful, legally right, correct, true, morally just.
True Liberty is granted to us by God through His unalienable Rights. In order to secure and maintain these Rights, God has given us His delegated authority to form a government that is reflective of His moral code and ethical treatment of our fellow human beings.

To acknowledge all of our unalienable Rights come from God, is to acknowledge our Rights flow from a spiritual realm into a physical realm being written down becoming the supreme Law of the Land. Therefore, any law that contradicts the moral code of God’s laws, are unconstitutional and considered lawlessness. Satan/Lucifer is the “lawless one.” Luciferian 101: to defy and violate the Word of God.

God will never grant us immoral rights because that would make Him a liar. That is why abortion cannot be a God-given right. God’s law tell us not to murder, and abortion is murder of an innocent fetus/infant. It is the shedding of innocent blood; an actual blood sacrifice.

James Wilson was the second most active member of the Constitutional Convention. He was one of the first Supreme Court Justices. James wrote: “Human law must rest its authority ultimately upon the authority of that law which is divine.”

Consent: Strong’s #225, Hebrew uwth (ooth); to come, to assent. Synonyms; agreement, accord, consensus, harmony, and permission. Webster Dictionary: to give assent or approval. Compliance in or approval of what is done or proposed by another. Agreement as to action or opinion specifically; voluntary agreement by a people to organize a civil society and give authority to the government.

Our consent can be given consciously, or unconsciously through our actions, words or silence. Our choices form our consent. We can disagree with our government, but if we choose to remain silent, by default, we have given our consent. This is called “to acquiesce.”

Philem 12-14 I am sending him back. You therefore receive him, that is, my own heart, 13 whom I wished to keep with me, that on your behalf he might minister to me in my chains for the gospel. 14 But without your consent I wanted to do nothing, that your good deed might not be by compulsion, as it were, but voluntary.

In Christianity, consent is never derived from deceit, manipulation, being coerced, or forced. Not by “compulsion” but by truth, transparency, and encouragement. Enticement is to lure a person through illicit seduction.

Prov 1:10 My son, if sinners entice you, Do not consent.

Remember, first and foremost we are in a spiritual war. Our words are powerful, especially when in unity.
Deut 32:30 How could one chase a thousand, And two put ten thousand to flight, Unless their Rock had sold them, And the Lord had surrendered them?

Decree of Consent

We the Representatives of God’s authority, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the righteousness of our intensions, do decree, we give our consent to public officials who have taken an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, giving them only just powers to write righteous laws.
Therefore: all laws that violate God’s laws of right and moral conduct or that violate our God-given unalienable rights are without consent, being unlawful, and declared null and void. All public officials who write unjust laws, are guilty of sedition and will be held accountable.
