USP 15: Ethics Abandoned: The Dark History of Government Testing

Today, I’m sharing a hard truth about human experimentation. I recently reviewed a 1994 document from the General Accounting Office that highlights how government agencies like the Army, Navy, Air Force, CIA, and others conducted unethical experiments on thousands of people during the Cold War. These weren’t just isolated events—they were systematic violations of human rights.

The experiments I read about weren’t just unethical—they were horrifying. People were exposed to radiation, biological agents, and psychochemical substances without their consent or full knowledge. The secrecy surrounding these actions makes it clear these agencies knew they were doing wrong.

The Nuremberg Code was supposed to protect human rights, yet it was consistently ignored. This isn’t just history—these violations have ripple effects that are still felt today.

Let’s not fool ourselves—these practices haven’t stopped. Today, we’re dealing with advanced technologies, chemtrails, weather manipulation, and substances like graphene. The same disregard for human rights persists, and it’s happening on a global scale.
