There are more Sociopaths than Psychopaths. Especially in the U.S. Senate

Reportedly 4 in every 100 people are Sociopaths. We think that the rate per 100 might be much higher in the U.S. Senate. Watch the Confirmation Hearings and it becomes very clear which Senators are more prone to lying, for instance.
