Vegan Parmesan: it’s possible!

Today Gino shows you how to make his favourite vegan parmesan substitute.

In this video, he uses it in a crazy non-Italian pasta dish, but he promises you it’s delicious with any Italian pasta sauces too!

Vegan Peanut Parmesan Recipe:

2 cups peanuts
1 tsp miso paste
1 Tbsp onion powder
4 Tbsp yeast flakes
2 tsp dill seeds
1.5 tsp salt
e.v.o. oil (to roast the peanuts) *or any other oil of your choice

Roast the peanuts with a bit of olive oil for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 175°C (347°F).
When ready, let them cool down, then put them with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend to your liking.
