Info from Licensor: "My husband and I were trying to find a way home when all the roads were being closed due to flooding caused by hurricane Florence. We were traveling on 74 business in Whiteville, North Carolina. It is known to the locals as the White Marsh. The Uhaul occupants were volunteers that were heading to deliver food to Wilmington. The water had washed to vehicle into deeper water. Three employees of HERR rescued the mother and son before being submerged under water. They utilized a rope and reflector jacket. A boat rescue team tried to make it, but unfortunately with how the water was running across the road, they couldn't make it down by boat. We all made it out alive and to our homes. I am told that the volunteers went home by helicopter within a few days. As the flooding has began to recede, the road is passable, yet you can see the food in the waters of the ditch."
