New fitness area in Seton Park NY

A new sports area has been created in Seton Park in the Bronx, NYC. This was reported by New York City Department of Parks & Recreation.

The message says,

"The new adult fitness area includes a variety of equipment including glass fiber-reinforced concrete playground boulders that allow park users of all ages to exercise without using traditional equipment. In addition, there are on-ground markings for agility and cardio workouts and a new multi-use space for kids to run and play.

The project also added new tree plantings for shade during summer months, benches for seating, ramps for ADA access to different levels of the park, lighting, trash receptacles, and a water fountain with bottle filler."
