Emotions and your Health

Sigmund Freud said “Unexpressed emotions never diet. They are buried alive and come forth
later in uglier ways.
We all experience emotions. They are a normal part of our lives.
But there is no training on the importance of emotions to your health.
In pharmacy school, we learn that any unpleasant emotion can be handled with a
pharmaceutical drug.
Emotions should be expressed and released. Unexpressed emotions or holding on to anger and
resentments can lead to sickness and disease.

We are doing a weekly Deprescribing class to help people find better solutions for their health.
We have a weekly topic or guest speakers.
Join live on Mondays at 11AM PT / 2PM EST
Deprescribing: to taper or stop medications with the intention to achieve improved health
