Pressure canning process is not hard but it is time consuming. Bring broth to a simmer, heat jars you’re going to use in hot water. Bring water in pressure canner to a boil. This will help to speed up the pressure canning by keeping all contents at a high/hot temperature . Heating jars in hot water help to prevent glass from shattering as well.👍🏽
