Commissioner Chris G says deadly complex to be demolished

Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani says county leaders don't have the authority to require the owner at the Solaire Apartments to meet the current code unless the building is demolished and rebuilt under the new code. Giunchigliani says the owner plans on doing just that.
