Guantanamo Bay Will Hold “The Worst of The Worst,” DHS Secretary Kristi Noem Confirms

D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), February 2, 2025 — DHS Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed Sunday that violent criminal illegal aliens will be detained at Guantanamo Bay before deportation. The facility will house up to 30,000 of the most dangerous offenders, including those wanted for murder, rape, assault, drug trafficking, and illegal gun purchases.

"We picked up a ringleader of Tren De Aragua (TDA) just last week," Noem revealed. "He had been trying to buy grenades. These are the criminals we’re removing from communities—some will stay at Guantanamo before being sent back."

The Trump administration is expanding Guantanamo’s capacity to process and deport high-risk individuals, marking a major shift in immigration enforcement. Noem assured due process will be followed, but emphasized that national security comes first.
