Join me for a relaxing full-body yoga warm-up! In this session, we’ll gently stretch and energize the entire body with simple yet effective exercises.💗We’ll start with circular movements on all fours, move into a backbend on the stomach, stretch side to side with wide-legged reaches, and work on flexibility by pulling each leg toward the ear. We’ll finish with calming breathing exercises to center the mind and body.💖
