- Transfer the wok onto a large bowl filled with ice cubes and let it cool completely, whisking occasionally.

- Add raisins, almonds, pistachios, bananas, apples, and fruit cocktail; mix well and set aside.
2. **Prepare the Jelly Layer:**
- In a jug, dissolve the strawberry-flavored jelly in 300ml hot water, whisking until fully dissolved.
- Set aside to cool.
3. **Assemble the Trifle:**
- In a serving bowl, spread a layer of plain sponge cake slices.
- Pour the prepared jelly over the cake slices, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Allow it to set in the refrigerator.
- Once set, add the prepared fruit custard over the jelly layer.
- Garnish with colored jelly cubes, sliced almonds, and sliced pistachios.
- Serve chilled.
