Will Ultrasonic Cleaner Work on a Rusty Bolt?

I borrowed an ultrasonic cleaner with a special solution purpose made for cleaning gun parts to test its effectiveness on a rusty bolt from an Enfield rifle.

Typically, I just clean with a brass brush and variety of gun cleaners or oils, but I thought I would give this a shot even though the product claims do not say it will cut through rust but only mention dirt, grease, and other fouling.
