William Pawelec -- “We have 4 Power Groups in the World, they have Wealth beyond ALL Imagination”

This is an interview with William Pawelec from 2001 about Incredible Technologies from the 70’s to 2000.

This is interesting. William asked that this interview not be released until after his death. H

They have been using extremely tiny microchips since the 70’s.

This old technology sure gives Sabrina Wallace credibility.

We have been kept in the dark for so long on technology that our government has been using for 50 years. The technology from 50 years ago, if released to the public would look advanced to the public today in 2025.

William talks about the technology “wars” and how Siemens, a German company was making hundreds of Billions of chips that were so small that 100,000 of them could be placed on a single wafer.

There was an “Implantable Chip” program going on, but it wasn’t from the US Government and they wanted to to find out who was doing this.

William Pawelec said “Whoever it is, they have the ability to penetrate and locate whatever it is going on, instantly.”

William says:

“We have 4 Power Groups in the World, they have Wealth beyond ALL Imagination. They have Advanced Technologies and have taken over various programs, the Black Programs in our Government, probably the Russian government and the Chinese government.”

“Politics to them as we know it, is not the same.”

“The have Agendas completely different from our government.”

“They are able to track unbelievably what is going on at a minute level.”

Who are they?

William Pawlec says: “We just call them the 4 Horseman.” “They work together at times and work against each other at times.” “It’s an ongoing battle between them of who is going to be the Top Dog.”

“The ONE thing they have in common is the Absolute Desire to Control Anything and EVERYTHING.”

Each of them has their own Philosophy and the core root guides them.

He says they have technologies beyond imagination.

They could infiltrate ALL Security Systems in the Government. Fingerprint, Eyeball, and Biometric.

They had EASY access to EVERYTHING.

They even knew all the Access Code Numbers. They knew it all. They had it all.

They are what we now call the “Shadow Government.”

They have UNLIMITED Budgets and they run the real show.

They run all the “Black Operations.”

They make the impossible look childish.

They run the “Beyond Black” programs from the National Defense companies like Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Collins Aerospace, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, General Dynamics, Boeing, The Aerospace Corporation, and Anduril.

Some of the Black Projects back then were Electrogravitic and Scalar.

They have their own military.

Our military was not even aware this all was happening on US Soil.

William Pawelec says that these Black Operations have been taken off line and are funded through some other mechanism.

One way that they did in the 80’s was to have an “Open Black Project” only privy to certain Gov officials and they would give Billions of dollars to that project, but it was a “shell” project, all for show and the money was funneled to the Super Black Projects that no Gov official was aware of.

William Pawelec: “These people have agendas unlike any agenda you have ever run into.”

William says that most of the Special Ops guys in the military have been implanted.

The implant technology has been used since the 70’s at least and it was so small it was close to undetectable then. Now they have the Nanotech in the jabs, that is like a full body implant.

William talks about bases that are more secure than Area 51.

They have Synthetic boulders.

They had technologies that could see a jack rabbit from 10 km on a moonless night.

G&G, formally known as Edgerton, Germeshausen, and Grier, Inc., was the company that had contracts with the government to fly people to these secret bases. *There are a lot of German connections with these “Black Projects.”

William Pawelec says that the Black Operations had a literal blank check. They could literally spend what they wanted. The Treasury would just write the direct checks and it was NEVER reported or accounted for.

William says that he was told back in the 70’s that there is a “Secret Agreement” between the British and the US during WWII. Whatever we invent, they can have and whatever they invent we can have. There are NO limits as to what these inventions are, they must be shared.

That is a bit scary, knowing that this extends beyond US soil. This is above Top Military technology.

William says that there agendas are NOT about defending the Free World, but their Agendas are Independent. They have nothing to do with the goals of the United States.

The Agenda for them is Power & Control.

They maintain their secrecy by FEAR.

William hints that they had technologies to cause “Rapid Aggressive Cancers.” Sound Familiar – Covid Jabs?

They do “hits” and make sure that others in the know, KNOW that it was a hit for someone getting out of line. They put the Fear of God in others so they will never speak out about what they know.

William says his concerns are for the Free Country and for Free Will of the people.

We need to allow people to be Sovereign. That is the only way life will work. That is how our species will advance. Yet, there seems to be oppositional forces trying to remove sovereignty.

William says that they begin reverse engineering AVC’s “Alien Visitation Craft” – UFO’s since the 50’s and they had completely mastered it by the 70’s.

William says the top defense companies are ALL involved and have LAYERS of Black Divisions. Some get very dark he says.

William says that our politicians are not upholding their oaths to protect the people.

William says that the Media, the Corporations and the Political arena is controlled by the 4 Horsemen, these powerful groups. *That is now becoming evident to everyone today.

William shares his experience with a UFO in which it flew by very low and was going about 25 to 30 miles per hour and ALL the Frogs, Crickets and Insects went completely quiet.

He said they must have picked this up somehow.
