24:05 - Recording from April 25, 2024 at 3:30 PM. Andrew calls the police while Joe is driving. In the background, Joe can be heard saying that Andrew has left threatening messages to Andrew's APS worker, Henry.
26:17 - Joe can be heard saying that Andrew was trying to kill himself.
26:31 - Andrew shows a medical document showing that was at Wyoming County Community Hospital, over an hour away from his parents' home.
27:38 – Joe: “My brother has a lot of mental problems.”
31:20 – Andrew: “I'm gonna actually try to hurt you because I don't want to go back with you.”
34:22 – Joe reiterates that Andrew sent a threatening picture to Henry.
35:17 – Joe states that Andrew tried to pull the emergency brake.
35:50 - Recording from April 25, 2024 at 3:54 PM. An officer arrives. Joe informs him that Andrew tried to pull the emergency brake.
