VERA ROSA MARGARITA
This fruity floral Margarita will surprise your taste buds. Pink pepper actually intensifies the flavors of strawberries. I learned this trick from a Michelin-starred chef. Give it a try!

Recipe:
45ml-1½oz TEQUILA ROSA
15ml-½oz DRY CURACAO
30ml-1oz LIME JUICE
15ml-½oz STRAWBERRY & PINK PEPPER SYRUP*
1 dash ROSE WATER

STRAWBERRY & PINK PEPPER SYRUP

Simmer equal parts fresh or frozen strawberries, sugar, and water with a teaspoon of pink pepper over medium heat. After about 25 minutes, remove from heat and do not blend. Once cooled, strain directly into a clean bottle. Best strained through a mesh sieve or cheesecloth. This homemade syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Mist with rose water and garnish with a slice of strawberry.

Rim: I rimmed my glass with Himalayan salt mixed with dried hibiscus flowers.
