PINK MELON
The drink of Summer 2024 for me is not Charro Negro. Cocktails with cola are kind of strange. You mostly taste the dominant flavors of the brown soda.

In contrast, with this mild, fruity, and citrusy summer drink, the flavors of the three individual ingredients remain distinct. You can taste the fruity notes of the watermelon, the bitter notes of the juniper in the gin, and the zesty, citrusy taste of the tonic water.

An all-around refreshing and very simple cocktail recipe with just three ingredients.

Recipe:
60ml-2oz WATERMELON JUICE
60ml-2oz CITRUSY GIN
150ml-5oz MEDITERRANEAN TONIC WATER

Pour all ingredients in a chilled and ice filled balloon glass. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
