PINK LIMONCELLO SPRITZ
Aperol Spritz has fallen into disrepute. The red dye E 124 Ponceau 4R, which is petroleum-based, is considered a highly controversial azo dye.

However, the limit for a 70 kg person is half a bottle of Aperol daily!

If you’re worried now, you should stop drinking so much every day. Or you could switch to making yourself an ultra-delicious Pink Limoncello Spritz in the future.

Recipe:
60ml-2oz LIMONCELLO
90ml-3oz ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE
top up with PINK GRAPEFRUIT SODA

Pour all ingredients into chilled and ice filled wine glass. Stir briefly. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
