Emotional scenes as released Israeli hostages reunite with families

The fourth hostage-prisoner exchange between Israel and Hamas is underway in Khan Younis.
Hamas published the names of the hostages expected to be released today: Ofer Kalderon, Keith Siegel and Yarden Bibas. Siegel is Israeli American, and Bibas was captured with his wife and two young children, one of whom was nearly 9 months old at the time.
The Israel Defense Forces said Kalderon and Bibas have been handed over to the Red Cross and are on their way to Israeli forces.
According to the terms of the deal, 30 Palestinian prisoners and detainees will be released from Israeli custody in exchange for each civilian hostage.
Fifteen hostages and 400 Palestinians had been set free in the previous three exchanges, which began Jan. 19.
Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have returned to northern Gaza after the Israeli military withdrew from the area, and Gaza's Civil Defense said it had recovered 520 bodies of the estimated 14,000 buried beneath the rubble.
