Pediatric patient among 6 people on plane that crashed in Northeast Philadelphia

A medical transport plane, a Learjet 55 operated by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, crashed near Roosevelt Mall in Northeast Philadelphia around 6:30 p.m. on January 31, 2025. The aircraft had just departed from Northeast Philadelphia Airport en route to Tijuana, Mexico, with a planned stop in Missouri. On board were six individuals: a young female patient, her mother, and four crew members. Tragically, there are no reported survivors from the crash.
